About The Project
The South Shore Beach House is located within the South Shore Cultural Center Park. The new construction project is a brand-new facility with restrooms, concessions and lifeguard offices. The beach house will rejuvenate this area within the park, offering a new destination that beachgoers can enjoy.
The new South Shore Beach house includes new, ground up construction of an 8,000 square foot one story beach house facility with restrooms, concessions, and lifeguard offices at the South Shore Cultural Center Park.
The facility is constructed of CMU Blocks and Glazed CMU Block. Exterior finishes include, aluminum siding, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) roofing, vertical lift hangar doors, aluminum-framed entrances and storefronts.
Interior Finish include gypsum board, ceramic tiling, and painting. The Bathrooms have phenolic-core toilet compartments, and plastic lockers.
