CCC Holdings Inc. (CCC) was contracted by the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) to renovate and remodel the third floor of Burnham Hall.

The project was to renovate 8400 SF on the third floor and convert six classrooms into three medium-sized classrooms and two small-sized classrooms. Work included new light fixtures, mechanical units and duct work are included in the scope, as well as new finishes in the classrooms and corridors. Renovation includes the complete roof replacement conforming to applicable energy codes.
