Work consisted of interior & exterior repairs, including masonry tuck- pointing and localized rebuilding including the chimney, window openings, roof parapets, and decorative ornamental limestone.

In addition to the extensive masonry restoration work on the project included a new roof. Interior work included plaster repair, painting, miscellaneous floor repair and electrical work.

Work also consisted of repairs and upgrades of 2 boiler burners, including new heating, piping, coils, and temperature controls. Supporting Electrical and Plumbing work was done to accommodate the new boiler work.
